Job Title: Field Technical Advisor

This is a remote based position with territory responsibility in the East and Northern USA, with 60% travel requirement as may be necessary.

Technical Specialist

  • Responsible for continued technical support of Bell products within the Dealer network.
  • Serves as a technical expert/representative across teams, dealers, customers, and the information technology departments.
  • Offers technical support across practices in offering definition and positioning.
  • Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet customer requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life.
  • Promotes and coordinates technical knowledge harvesting within the organization.
  • Tracks and identifies new opportunities to improve our methodology and training offerings.
  • Assists in strategic sales efforts from a technical perspective.
  • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients

Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of Bell range of products.
  • 6 years earthmoving experience (repairs, maintenance, machine applications & operation).
  • Ability to analyze and diagnose technical problems & carry out repairs & adjustments to systems & components in field.
  • Must be prepared to travel local 60% and international 10%. Must have good communication skills both written, electronic & verbal.
  • Ability to carry out on the job training and instruction of mechanics, operators & customer personnel.
